2. Role of the marketplace
OcasMarket provides a platform on which third-party shops list and sell goods. The contract for the goods is between you and the relevant shop, unless we state otherwise. We may facilitate payments, delivery coordination, and communication, but the shop is responsible for product information, stock, compliance, and for fulfilling your order in line with applicable law.
3. Orders, prices, and payment
Product descriptions and prices are set by each shop. Totals, fees, taxes, and delivery options shown at checkout are based on the data available at the time of order. You are responsible for reviewing the review step before confirming. Available payment methods depend on the shops involved and the configuration of your session.
4. Delivery and pickup
Delivery and pickup options, time estimates, and instructions depend on the shop and the choices you make at checkout. We do not guarantee specific delivery times unless a shop or we expressly commit to them. Risk and title to goods follow the terms presented at checkout and any shop-specific policy.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect damages or for issues that fall solely in the relationship between you and a shop, except where mandatory law says otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance, unless applicable law requires a different process. For material changes we may also notify you in app or by email when we have your contact details.
